Things I built, not just managed

Five products taken from a blank page to production. Two are live inside a services business; one has paying customers. I wrote the strategy, shaped the architecture, and stayed in the build.

DuCase

2026 – present

Legal case management SaaS for Indian law firms

A multi-tenant SaaS for cases, hearings, clients, and documents, modelled around how Indian litigation actually works — cause lists, adjournments, court hierarchy — rather than a generic CRM. WhatsApp and email reminders, tiered Razorpay billing, and a superadmin ops panel, taken from strategy to paying customers in 24 days.

My part:
Product strategy, pricing, architecture direction, GTM, and the majority of the build.

Commercial Leave Tracker

2025

Multi-tenant leave management with automated reporting

Replaced a spreadsheet-and-email process across the organisation. Policy engine per entity, approval chains, calendar sync, and automated monthly reporting for finance and HR.

My part:
End-to-end — requirements, data model, rollout, and adoption.

Peer-to-peer and manager-led recognition with nomination workflows, award cycles, and a leaderboard that leadership actually uses in reviews.

Internal résumé tool with formatted document export

Standardised how consultant profiles are produced for client submissions — structured data in, branded, export-ready documents out. Cut a multi-hour manual task to minutes.

Chinwag

2026

Multi-tenant HR helpdesk agent, built as a reusable template

Answers employee HR questions grounded strictly in a company's own policy documents, or says it doesn't know — never a guess. Row-level security, a hand-written agent loop with no third-party framework, and a real evaluation harness. Proven across two independently branded client tenants running on one codebase.
